Will my new puppy get along with my pets and children?
Yes our puppies have been well socialized and are eager to be part of their new family so they should adapt
easily to their new situation.
Can your puppies be easily carried around in bags, carriers etc as adults?
Yes, We specialize in Tinies & Toys so we usually dont sell any puppies over 6 lbs.
(A 5 lb dog is the same weigh is a bag of sugar)
Do you have a guarantee? Yes we do as part of our contract.
Are deposits refundable?
No, we follow through with each statement on our website, contract, & guarantee. You must do so also. Please
make sure that you have discussed this decision with family members & land lords as well as making sure that you
are able to pay the total amount before shipping because your deposit will not be refunded. We will refund if
anything comes up on our part with the puppy or if we feel your home is not suitable for one of our babies.
Do you ship?
Yes via Cont or Delta airlines. We can ship to any MAJOR airport in the US safely for $190.00!
Is shipping safe?
Yes it is safe. We ship our pups very comfortably in a new crate with toys, soft blankets, food, treats and

Can Toy Dogs be house trained?
Yes, Tinies/Toys are very outgoing & playful so it takes patience but they can be house trained just as a big
dog would. We also work on the "Potty Pad" method with all puppies in our home before they leave.
Are your Puppies House Trained before leaving Precious Puppies?
We start working with the puppies on Potty pads from the time they are weaned until they leave to go to new
family.
Are your puppies socialized?
YES VERY MUCH SO! Our pups not only have attention from children, parents, employees but ALSO
Ranch Guest Families! (We own a Guest Ranch here in Oklahoma www.RebelHillGuestRanch.com )
Our clients constantly comment on our pups well adjusted & adorable personalities!
Have your puppies had shots & been dewormed?
YES OF COURSE ! Each Puppy will have at LEAST 2 Puppy shots, Vigorous Deworming from 2 weeks
old, Cough Guard shot and more depending on the puppy - A Healthy, Playful puppy is our main goal!
Are your puppies Vet Checked?
YES again we want you to receive a Healthy, Well Adjusted Toy Puppy!
Can you ship to Canada and Alaska? Yes we can.
Can I have a Payment Plan?
Yes, if you would like to wait longer on a puppy than you may make payments until the pup is ready for
his/her home. We don't take payments longer than 3 months and the full amount must be due 10 days prior to
shipping.
After I have adopted a pup & I'm awaiting for his/her ready date will you keep me
updated/posted on my puppy?
Yes we do! We call or email about every 10- 14 days just to update you or to ask/answer any questions you
may have. 7 days prior to shipping we do alot of discussing via phone & email about Care, Shipping etc. We
do have alot of contact with our clients and do have the opportunity to discuss our puppy dolls frequently with
their adoptive families. In order for each client to receive a healthy well socialized puppy we are not able to
update the customer with new pictures due to lack of time available. All clients will be sent all available photos
of the pup before purchasing. We take photos that show the "True Characteristics" of each pup.
If the waiting period is longer than 5 weeks we do take an additional photo session for the client. Most pups
have 1-3 Photo session before leaving our home.
Will you tell me how to care for my new puppy?
Yes, We'll send an email containing a List of Needed Items for the New Baby and Care Guidelines. You can
also read about caring for Teacup/Toy pups on our website under Care Guidelines.
**Toy/Teacup care is very important - Please read our Care Guidelines even if you don't adopt from us!
Do you keep in contact with clients and are you there if needed to help the new puppy
parent?
Again YES we are ! :-) Our Clients are given our home number as well as cell numbers. We enjoy getting
Updates & Pictures of our Pups and keep in touch with all of our extended families! We have many return
clients
How do you decide the individual adoption/purchase price of each pup? Each pup is
carefully assessed on many characteristics to decide his/her price. Some of the things we assess are Size, Hair
coat & color, Conformation & Background.
No matter how much the adoption/purchase price you pay when adopt from Precious Puppies you are
guaranteed a Healthy,Well Adjusted and Adorable Tcup/Toy puppy!
Why are some of your pups slightly more expensive than other Internet dogs?
We are a family operation specializing in only Rare & Unique Tinies. Our dogs are Triple Registered and
some have many champions in pedigrees. All of our pups are Vet Checked and 150% healthy! We go out of
our way to insure that our clients get the perfect puppy with exceptional service. There are many reasons that
we occasionally have puppies that are slightly more expensive than other Internet dogs.
Amongst many things, we give many additional shots/dewormings and even a cough guard that many
breeders don't give (We do this to insure healthier pup). Our pups get only the best quality vet care, premium
foods/treats, perfect grooming & come from exceptional parents with great lines. All of our babies come with
MANY additional goodies that most breeders don't offer.
Sometimes the "cheaper" pups on other sites are raised by Backyard breeders & Puppy Mills - BEWARE !
These pups may have genetic & behavior problems.
In the long run, the extra hundred or so for our Healthy/Happy pups can save you a couple thousand on Vet
Bills on that cheaper lower quality pup!
Quality is not expensive ~ Its priceless!
Where are you located? We are in Oklahoma. We are 3 hours from Dallas, OKC and Tulsa. We can
deliver to these areas. For clients in other states we can safely ship the pup to you for only $190.00 or you
may fly into DFW and meet us! We do not allow clients to come to our home to view pups unless a deposit is
paid and the pup is old enough to have visitors. Visitors can bring in new germs that can make the pup sick if
their too young & fragile. Our pups usually are adopted within 1-4 days of being put on website so we must
have a deposit to hold the pup before a client comes to view pup or its likely that the pup wont be available.
How can I see where these puppies have been raised if I live too far away from
Oklahoma?

Can I come to your home to "see" or pick out a puppy?
If you have placed a deposit on a puppy & its ready to be taken home you are welcome to come pick the
puppy up at our home or we can meet you - Please view the DELIVERY Page for details.
But we don't allow people to come "see" puppies or pick out pups that are not ready for homes & don't have
deposits placed. For many reasons best for the health & well being of our puppies, customer service to our
clients & family schedules.
Our Precious Pups are to be picked out from our website. We go the "extra mile" to make sure that all
information is given for each puppy, honestly & in an informative manner.
